Sterlite Technologies: I am heading the IT function of Power Transmission Business of Sterlite Technologies. I report to the COO of Power Business. Additionally I also look after the IT Infrastructure of the entire enterprise. I have been working here for the past 4 years and I am based out of the corporate office at Pune.
Adani Wilmar : I worked with Adani Wilmar for close to 3 years. I joined in 2004 into the SAP team and was working directly under Mr. Pankaj Shah. In my tenure at Adani Wilmar, I started with SAP Basis then moved onto SAP MM and eventually was taking care the Business Systems. Additionally I was handling the entire IT Infrastructure part which involved managing the large manufacturing plants and the multiple sales offices.(more than 50 at that time). When I left in 2007 I was the deputy head of IT function working under Mr. Pankaj Shah.
AMUL:I started with Amul(GCMMF) in the year 2001 after passing out of IRMA. Worked initially in sales for a short time and then moved into IT. I worked under Mr. Subarrao Hegde who was the AGM(Information Systems) at Amul. My responsibilities at Amul included the WebERP, EIAS(Oracle ERP) and Amul E-Commerce websites. I was a part of both the Business Systems and IT Infrastructre Management.
