I started preparing for the run around two weeks before. The run was scheduled for 28th July and I started with the 2.5 km run on 15th July. As you can see in the image on the right, I ramped up gradually till I was doing 8.5 kms on 26th July. The day before the run was a rest and recuperation day so I did a slow run of 5 Kms on 27th. And then I ran the full 10 km on 28th. My run time was 1 hr and 33 mins. I was targetting a sub-90 min run but could not. I will try for that timing in my next run.
